Co-head of the IcARUS Stuttgart project, Inside Out e.V. (Germany)

Valeriya, originally from Russia, is a graduate of Lomonosov University in Moscow (2009) and Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg im Breisgau (2016). Since 2010, she has been working in the field of educational project management, for example at the Russian State University of Humanities in Moscow. Since moving to Germany in 2020, she has been working in the field of political education. Since 2023, she has been a project manager at Inside Out e.V. in Stuttgart, where she monitors the government program "Demokratie Leben ". Since May 2023, she has also been co-project manager of IcARUS. Valeriya also volunteers for various programs supporting Ukrainian refugees.
