General Manager, LUCI - Lighting Urban Community International (France)

Mark Burton-Page is General Director of LUCI, the international network of cities on urban lighting, founded in 2002, based in Lyon. The network consists of - in almost 40 countries - 70 member cities committed to the sustainable use of urban lighting to improve quality of life. 

LUCI’s work centres on the exchange of knowledge and skills, made possible thanks to the implementation of meetings, cooperative projects and thematic publications. LUCI is the international voice of cities on the subject of urban lighting. 

Previously, he worked for the French Forum for Urban Security (FFSU) and the European Forum for Urban Security (Efus). He holds a Master's degree in Political Science and is an auditor for the 26e Security and Justice session of INHES-J.
