Manuel Comeron

Violence Prevention Coordinator, City of Liège (Belgium)

Manuel Cameron is Coordinator for Urban Security Prevention Plans in Liège and Violent Radicalism Specialist. He oversees the implementation of actions, coordination with partners (police and social sector) and the running of the Strategic Analysis of Urban Security. Previously, he directed a social prevention programme for hooligans and a community action programme to improve young people’s self-esteem through sport (Fan coaching/Eurofan). He is a psychology expert in collective violence, works with the University of Liège and also contributes to international networks such as the Strong Cities Network.
