Laurent Maisse graduated in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Liège in 1998, specialising in public health, with an addiction and health programme option in 2000. He worked as an assistant in forensic toxicology at the University of Liège, and then worked for fifteen years on the City of Liège's Prevention Plan in the severe distress section, where he coordinated a local observatory on drugs. He joined Transit Asbl 7 years ago to take on the role of Brussels regional operator in the field of addiction.
