Crime Prevention Officer, Toulouse Métropole (France)

Isabelle Martinez has been in charge of delinquency prevention at Toulouse Métropole and coordinator of the Conseil Métropolitain de Sécurité et Prévention de la Délinquance since 2017. She was head of the European project "Rad2citizen: radicalities, radicalization and citizenship" from 2020 to 2022, and has been co-leader of the working group of security and delinquency prevention coordinators within the France Urbaine association, which brings together France's major cities, metropolises, communities and urban agglomerations since 2018.
