Policy advisor on safety issues, City of Rotterdam (Netherlands)

Emile Goijvaerts works for the municipality of Rotterdam as a policy advisor on safety topics. He is involved in the IcARUS project, led by the European Forum for Urban Security (Efus). He has extensive experience in interpreting, analysing and creatively searching for innovative solutions to dilemmas within the domain of safety.
