Project Manager, Territorial Mental Health Project, Lot-et-Garonne Department (France)

An anthropologist and consultant, David Mourgues graduatedin Social Anthropology of Europe from the School of Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (EHESS), and holds a Master’s in Political Sciences. For 20 years, he has advised cities, departments, regions, ministries and public establishments with an interdisciplinary and anthropological approach. 
Specialist in nightlife public policies, he is a member of the Scientific Council of the Nightlife Platform (Plateforme de la Vie Nocturne). For 15 years, he devised and supported innovative Public Health projects in France and in Europe. Today, he works in the Lot-et-Garonne Territorial Mental Health Project (20 action plans from perinatal care old age) in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region (France).
