Head of Social Affairs, City of Luxembourg

Christof Mann has been Head of Social Affairs of the City of Luxembourg since 2019, after having worked for the City's Youth and Social Intervention Department between 2002 and 2019. He was also director of a youth centre in Walferdange (Luxembourg).

Christof Mann holds a degree in Education specialising in design work, the management and planning of social measures from the University of Trier (Germany).

Born in Munich in 1969, he lives in Trier, Germany. He is married, has a daughter and two grandchildren, and enjoys jazz and funk music.
