Anthony Borré

First Deputy Mayor of Nice, in charge of security, housing, urban renewal, proximity and city policy, City of Nice (France)

Anthony Borré was born in Montreuil on 16 May 1985. He is First Deputy Mayor of Nice, with responsibility for security, housing, urban renewal, local services and urban policy. He is also vice-chairman of the Nice Côte d'Azur metropolitan authority and chairman of Côte d'Azur Habitat, the leading social landlord in the Alpes-Maritimes.  

A long-time associate of Christian Estrosi, with whom he worked at the French National Assembly and the Ministry of Industry, he then became his directeur de Cabinet at the Métropole between 2011 and 2020. 

Anthony Borré, who holds a Master I in public law and a Master II in strategy and public and political decision-making, was nominated as one of the 100 young economic leaders of tomorrow by the Choiseul Institute. At the age of 24, he was the youngest adviser to the Fillon government.
